By accessing or using the J.S. Lawncare website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

J.S. Lawncare provides residential and commercial lawn care services in the Billings, MT area, including but not limited to lawn mowing, fertilization, aeration, snow removal, and landscaping. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided by J.S. Lawncare are estimates based on information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions, scope of work, or additional services requested. We will communicate any pricing changes before performing work.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or termination of service. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payment

Payment is required before services are performed. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Services will not begin until payment has been received. Accounts with declined or failed payments may be subject to rescheduling or cancellation of service.

6. Property Access & Liability

By scheduling services, you grant J.S. Lawncare permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for securing pets, removing obstacles, and marking any underground utilities or irrigation systems. J.S. Lawncare is not liable for damage to unmarked underground lines, pre-existing property conditions, or items left in service areas.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by weather, third parties, or conditions outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J.S. Lawncare's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
